TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I hereby authorize EquitySmart Financial, LLC and/or their authorized agents or partnering companies to verify my past and present employment, earnings records, bank accounts, stock holdings and any other asset balances required to process my profile analysis and any associated recommendations resulting from this analysis. I further authorize EquitySmart Financial, LL and/or its authorized agents or partnering companies to order a credit report and verify all other credit information, including past and present mortgage or landlord references. It is understood that a photocopy of this document shall also serve as an authorization to provide the information as requested to the authorized associated companies. The information obtained is only to be used in the processing of my personal financial profile analysis and is not a mortgage loan application. The information obtained herein will be used to identify a strategy and recommended debt elimination plan based solely on the information provided. Should you choose to pursue the EquitySmart Financial recommendations you may need to work directly with a mortgage or other loan consultant to obtain a loan that meets the recommended goal. EquitySmart Financial, LLC nor the agents receive any compensation from a lender should you pursue the recommended solution unless otherwise disclosed.

Your Privacy is Important to Us. At Succor, your privacy is our chief concern. We understand that you entrust us with your private financial information to help us develop a data profile for you. In exchange for your trust, you expect and deserve our commitment to treat your information with respect. Rest assured that we protect your privacy. Under no circumstances will Succor sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere to in handling information about you and your debt elimination program request.

1. Who We Are. Succor, a registered agent of EquitySmart Financial is a financial services company which specializes in debt elimination programs. Succor is NOT a debt consolidation company, a debt negotiator, a credit card company or a mortgage company.

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on a Succor site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order.

Information we receive from you on data profile requests. When you come to a Succor site to complete a data profile form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, Social Security Number, e-mail address, income and other financial information. You will have an option to have a credit report run which will require you to provide your Social Security Number.
Information from the "Contact Us" section of a Succor Web site. You may contact Succor through the "Contact Us" feature. Participation in this area is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us.

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your data profile request to develop a debt elimination program. We send your information to other third parties relevant to your transaction.

4. Altering Information You Submit Through a Succor Web Site. Succor puts you in control of your experience on our Web sites. You'll find our sites easy to navigate to find all the information you need to complete your transaction.

Changing your information. You may be able to review and change personal information in an active loan or realty request that you completed through Succor online. If you are unable to complete this online, you may contact us at drtheall@wbsea.com for assistance.
Request to stop receiving emails from us. Periodically, Succor may send you emails to alert you to money saving tips or special offers. If you do not wish to receive any of these offers, please contact contactus@worldsbestfinancial.com and request to be removed from our mailing list.
